The Chakras There are seven major chakras which correspond to seven plexuses of the autonomic nervous system in the spinal column. The chakras are the landmarks of our spiritual evolution through time. Each chakra expresses an aspect of our divine nature: 1_Innocence, 2_Creativity, 3_Satisfaction, 4_Compassion, 5_Collectivity, 6_Forgiveness and 7_Integration. The
first chakra created (Number 1 in the diagram) has the quality
of innocence. This chakra lies below the kundalini and protects
her. |
