Our Spiritual Potential

Sleeping within every human being is a potential spiritual energy called Kundalini. The kundalini lies dormant, in three and a half coils, in the sacrum bone at the base of the spine.

At the moment of self realization, the kundalini rises up, through the central spiritual channel located in the spinal cord, and pierces the fontanel bone at the top of the head.

The daily practice of Sahaja Yoga keeps the central channel (Sushumna Nadi) open, leading to peace, joy, complete integration and harmony.
