There are nine steps to follow.

Each step is broken into two stages:

First, an explanation, showing a particular posture and a certain phrase to say.

Second, the doing of it.

A photograph of Shri Mataji is part of the doing, since her image acts as a catalyst in the process of self realization.

While repeating each affirmation, you can close your eyes.

Accept three propositions before you start.


I am entitled to receive my self realization.

I might have made mistakes in the past, but at this moment I will let the past be the past. I am not guilty.

I might have held grudges or been hurt in the past, but at this moment I will let it all go. I forgive everyone.
